Lionel Messi to meet with Barcelona hierarchy to discuss future Manchester City are in the strongest position to sign Messi - if the Argentina star can get out of Barcelona this summer. Lionel Messi has requested a personal meeting with the Barcelona hierarchy to discuss a solution to his transfer request. Messi wants his lawyers present too with the intention of finding a way out of the impasse over his contract clause and a way out of the Nou Camp this summer, as reported in Spain earlier on Friday. Should Messi engineer a move away from the club he joined as a 14-year-old, Manchester City are in the strongest position to swoop in.

Road to happiness True happiness is hidden in a thick curtain of smoke. The media and all the adds we see want to make us believe that happiness lies in things; in getting drunk; in smoking; that happiness lies in controlling others; in getting power, and as such, they create a lot of smoke on the highway to happiness, causing many of us getting stuck on the sideways, on the premature exits. The highway to happiness is kindness. Simple kind acts, simple loving deeds alight the happiness from within. Living a life of love and beauty of kindness and creativity lights up flames inside. It lightens our mood; gives us peace of mind, peace of heart, peace of soul The highway to happiness: Let us stay on the highway, no matter how much smoke unscrupulous industries blow over the road with deceiving advertisements The highway to happiness: A straight road filled with kindness

5 Approach in Resiliently Facing up Tough Times Before the COVID-19 pandemic, we would wake up, open our smartphones, go to work, open smartphones, react our way through the insanity that is our inbox, open smartphones again, stay busy, open smartphones, again and again, sleep, and do it all over again. Some days were fantastic, some days were meh days, and most were somewhere in between. But were we moving forward, or just running in circles? What if you could be freed from this circle with a reset—a chance once and for all to define the life you want and create a path to get there, all while building resilience along the way? We can Resilience is a muscle, and this is your chance to grow it. Here are the strategies that will help us not only survive these tough times but also become smarter and resilient all along. **Establish a resilient mindset** A resilient mindset is a set of conscious and unconscious beliefs that impact how you see yourself, how you interact with others, and how you respond in times of uncertainty. Your story could also be one of strength. You have survived the worst things that have ever happened to you. You have lost loved ones, faced career setbacks, had your heartbroken, and had your share of disappointments. Yet here you stand, stronger, smarter, and more determined than ever. You can look back with perspective and see how you’ve grown. **Setup your priorities** We have become efficient at prioritizing our schedules. Scheduling our priorities seems to have taken a back seat. The goal is to be deliberate and intentional about how you invest your time. This is the time to reconnect with family and friends. This is the time to do things that support your physical and mental health. This is the time to establish new business goals. This is the time. Use this time productively to get back to what is truly important. **Find the shed of positivity despite our circumstances** The most resilient people proactively cultivate positive emotions like gratitude and optimism. This offsets the negativity bias and primes your brain to start scanning for the good things. When we attune our attention to the good things, we find more of them because we find what we’re looking for. **Seek out our guiding light** We see many people who have lost their way, completely disregarding the light that guides them to their right path. These can guide you, your decisions, and your daily behavior. It can be your purpose, your “why”. Life is like the ocean. Some days are beautiful with calm seas. Other days are torrential storms with crashing waves that will suck you under. Having a lighthouse will keep you swimming in the right direction. **Utilizing being mindfulness** It helps us become aware of your thoughts, feelings, habits, and behaviors at the moment, in order to steer yourself toward better responses and outcomes. It means being proactive and deliberate about the choices you make and the habits you practice, throughout your day, week, month, year, and your entire life. Building your resilience muscle means living purposefully rather than drifting into automatic—life’s screensaver mode. **Thanks for reading!**

Koeman Eager to work with Wijnaldum as LFC contract nearing Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum is wanted by Ronald Koeman at Barcelona but the Dutchman is not pushing for a move and there is no offer on the table yet. He has entered the final 12 months of his contract at Anfield and Liverpool are eager to avoid losing any players as free agents. No extension talks have taken place on Merseyside for some time, though.Barcelona are aware of that but are yet to formalise their interest by approaching Liverpool. The Reds would be reluctant to discuss such matters as things stand, but their situation could also change over the coming days and weeks.

UV light in HVAC System Good day read.cash As the world undergoes pandemic, we heard several technological advancements, inventions, and research by respective scientists. Many are trying to discover the first effective vaccine for the coronavirus. While researching, I saw several articles relating to UV light that can kill even the hardest to kill the virus with its use. A concentrated UVc light is undergoing several experiments to validate its effectivity on the virus. Meanwhile, other engineers and building experts believe that HVAC system is prone to the spread of the virus and they are thinking to fully use new air instead of recirculating cold air back to confined spaces. By doing this, it will garner a bigger load compared to recirculating air but it'll be cleaner too. It came to my mind the combination of UV light incorporated in the HVAC system. Actually, there were already several experiments up until now to validate the effectivity. Probably it's not as cheap as using a new air instead but with technology adopting, we might see a design invention for the said purpose. Thanks for reading! What's your take on the said technology? Are you having several ideas to eradicate the virus? Kindly discuss below ↓

3 Nba Playoff Games Boycotted The NBA has announced that all three playoff games Wednesday will be postponed and rescheduled. The decision comes after the Milwaukee Bucks players did not take the court on Game 5 of their first-round series against the Orlando Magic, which was supposed to tip-off at 4 p.m. ET. The protest comes in response to the shooting of an unarmed black man named Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Sunday. Shortly after the Bucks made a statement by not playing, the Rockets and Thunder decided to also not play today, as well as the Lakers and Trail Blazers. News of the Bucks walking out has sent a ripple effect across sports in the United States. Tons of sporting events have expressed the same desire and boycotted their respective games. Several NBA players have expressed their deep sentiments through social media. Players association will be having a meeting to discuss the next step.

8Man, the hero we all need Hachiman is the anime **My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU**'s main protagonist, an isolated, friendless boy who is pragmatic to a fault. His most prominent feature is his set of "dead fish-eyes." He firmly believes that "youth" is simply an illusion created by hypocrites, for hypocrites, born from the ashes of past failures. In this state of apparent corruption, he is coerced into joining the Service Club by his futures advisor in the hopes that exposing him to the world will change his personality, and ultimately make him a "better person." (Source: Myanimelist, Vistrans, Yahari Wikia) Hachiman has been easily relatable thus leading to be an anime hero for some of us. He had some memorable lines that for sure strike us and here are some: Well even working hard betrays us and not achieving our dreams after all. The taste of being successful after defeat, struggle, and hurdles we face will always be greater than those things easily handed to us. Says it all. We'll always hate the nice girls, aren't we? :D Thanks for reading!! Anime has started its season 3 so kindly watch!

Communication is the Susi!(🔑) Waaaaaaay waaaaaay back, I have tried several chat apps (Omegle, NearGroup, etc) to improve my communication skills. You can talk anonymously, you can even talk to someone without holding back or without the fear of judgement as he/she doesn't even know you. I interacted with several people and I actually liked talking to them then comes the problem, poor communication skills! After some ghosting, I realized that I should focus more on developing my communication skills with the help of youtube videos, articles related to communication skills, etc. It became helpful that I started to be confident, developing a better relationship with someone whom I talking to. Here are some effective ways to communicate better: 1) **Take time whenever you reply**. We can be effective communicators whenever we think before we speak/type. Moreover, we can lengthen our reply in doing so and not just your typical chat killer "Ah okay". 2) **Give importance to whom you are communicating, listen.** Most people that I've matched on those apps always take the spotlight and mostly talk about themselves, their problems. It's a good thing that you can listen but make it a point that you always give your side. Exchange information while feeling the communication to avoid one-sided talks. 3)**Witty & Sense of humor.** I have to write this while I'm struggling myself lol. It brings color in communication especially when you sync in the wittiness & sense of humor. You can step up your green jokes in there! or some cheesy pick-up lines. 4)**Respect.** You can't be mad at someone who won't reply to you in 0.0005 seconds as he/she might be doing some other stuff. Always give respect to them and understand that you're not his/her world but reply within 0.0005 seconds if you can! 5)**Be nice.** At the end of the day, you don't want someone to be pissed at you or just ruin their day. Make yourself available when needed and communicate with the person like you care. Thank you for reading!! Might as well share your experience and coping mechanism to be an effective communicator :)

Misdirection Deception, trickery, fraud, are you fond of such things? Great Pretender is a Netflix original anime series made by Wit Studio (SNK anyone?). A chain of rocky events of Edamura Makoto made him shift his ideal to shady life full of deceiving people, pickpockets, and other crimes. Makoto swindling a random tourist only to be tricked back in return, thus the start of a more unpredictable life. Story A fast-paced deception that will leave you mind-boggling and thinking wtf just happened! Entertaining for those looking for fun anime with a bit of comedy. Art Quite different from the refine and detailed animation of SNK but will capture your eyes with great scenery and vibrant colors. Samurai Champlooish art. Character Everyone has their own fun moments which makes the series great! Hoping for more development on other characters and their own story Overall A promising and enjoying series with a great studio behind. Currently 14 episodes on Netflix but according to MAL, it'll consist of 23 episodes therefore more deception to come! And yes, this ain't Kuroko No Basuke review lol! Thanks for reading!!!
