How engineers treated in the PHI After 5 hard years, sometimes 6 or 7 years. And passing a gruesome boardexam, this is how the engineers are being treated in the Philippines. Most offer are around 10k ~ 18k PHP (varies from $200 to $370) monthly. It is saddening to see such advertisement, I don't if engineers are being treated right or just being taken advantage since it is pandemic.

The Philippines don't value the engineers so much. You can see the bad effects of it; poor urban planning and sewerage systems
