Down memory lane Hello, how are you doing? I hope y'all are having a good day and making preparations for Christmas too. When I was younger, Christmas used to be something I and other kids looked forward to from the beginning of the year, it was safe to say we enjoyed it more than our birthdays even. Then right from November, you'll start seeing Christmas decorations and things related to Christmas everywhere, displayed in kiosks too for sale, knock outs which we used to call bangers for some reason. I really liked knock outs back then, I'd beg my aunt and older cousins to get one for me, couldn't really ask my dad because he didn't like it. But all the same in my country knockouts was a huge part of the Christmas celebration and we all loved it, by we I mean both children and adults. Well that was then and it was fun while it lasted. Now, people don't really look forward to christmas anymore. No more decorations like before, in my house there's not even a single decoration at all, barely hear the sound of knockouts too. And I can't just help but feel like the Christmas spirit is leaving us slowly, I'm just glad some kids are still excited about Christmas but I'm sad for them because it won't be as much fun for them like it used to be for me.
