Good day, my friends! Im trying a recipe that is new to me today. It’s a one pan chicken & rice tray bake and I haven’t tried it before because we’ve always cooked rice separately in a rice cooker in my household! This is the recipe that I tried to follow (Marion’s Kitchen)- https://youtu.be/fv3-t0Imxrc I gotta say that I’ve tried most of Marion’s recipes and they all turned out really really good! You don’t need to be a pro to make them! ☺️ I didn’t have any chili jam (and Uncle Roger would also not approve of it lol!) so I had to improvise. It’s currently still in the oven and I hope it turns out well! I’ll let y’all know! If you have any recipes that involve little washing of dishes, please share them! I hate having to wash a lot after cooking. 🥲 #Food
