Today I decided to bake some fish fillet. I’m going to marinate them in a soy sauce base then top them with tomatoes, onions, garlic, and cheese. Let me know if you want the recipe! I’d be more than happy to share it. ☺️ I thought this kind of food suited the gentle sunny morning but booooy, was I wrong! Lol! Just right after I made a post about the weather (I took a photo too, mind you), it started getting dark and after a flash of lightning came the booming thunder. 😂 Ahhhh, I should have made some noodle soup instead. Nothing beats a hot hearty soup on a rainy weather, right? But oh well, since I already started preparing, there’s no turning back. Gotta enjoy what we already have. ☺️
