Another self-indulgence Fri-yay night! Yay! I continued to watch His Dark Materials and just to give a brief update.. I am now on season 2. Lol! I must say that this is so much better than the first season! I almost gave up on that one and I’m so glad I didn’t and that I made it this far into the series. It’s actually pretty good! What I personally didn’t like in the first season is that I found so many unnecessary filler scenes. It was so slow and it was killing the excitement for me. I felt like they were adding stale scenes just to stretch an episode to make it 50mins. Second season, on the other hand, is more regular-fast paced. The story is amazing. I wish I could read the book someday but it’s going to take a while because I still have so many reads lined up. Lol! How did you guys find this series?
