I was cleaning our refrigerator this morning and I noticed that we still had some raddish so I decided to pickle them and tadaaaa! This is how they turned out. There are many ways of pickling raddish but specifically for this one, I made chicken-mu. It’s Korean and it’s called “chicken-mu” because it’s usually a side dish for Korean Fried chicken. I guess we’re going to have to have some of that in the next few days. 🥰 Have any of you guys ever tried pickling? I’m a beginner and I love pickles so I’d be glad to learn from you guys!
