My interest in #Splinterlands has been restored by at least 50% tonight!!! But that's not thanks to the game itself, rather an awesome team/community behind peakmonsters.com I was soooo excited tonight to see peakmonster.com has made AUTOMATIC RENTALS possible through bidding. Now you won't have to fight till the last drop of your blood (or last brain cell) to fight bots trying to frantically rent cards. Instead make your bid, and kick back and relax. If you're in rush, just increase your price. Just like in usual exchange. This has lots of PROs and CONs. I'll write a detailed post (maybe an article - finally something that motivates my lazy a*s to write it) tomorrow. In a very brief summary: - Place your bid and wait. Highest price for cards and lowest CP/day rates get filled first. - The default duration is 2 days. - Payment via DEC only

This is going to be a game changer I believe. It will also be much easier for people who rent out cards. At the moment if you wanted to rent quickly you had to adapt to the cheapest price and income was just dwindling over time. If you see what people are willing to pay, you can adapt to the market easier.
Oh you mean the default rental period of two days will let owners to adjust in fixed periods?
Rather the fact that now there will be offer and bid. Before it was a one sided market that was in favour for the ones renting out. The renters had to jump and fight over the offers. Now it can go in both directions.
I haven't played splinterlanda for over a week
Almost end of season. A good time to jump back in.
Ha! Since the last few seasons I've changed my mind. Not worth living through all the frenzy at EoS. But now that peakmonsters has introduced bids / automatic rent that may change
