So, l might wear one if gifted one, but probably not buy one outright. Snk/aot has reached popular status with the general public as far as I've observed so that shirt wouldn't single you out in a bad way as an anime lover. I for one, dressed up with the survey corps jacket while wearing an armored titan face mask some halloweens back. It was kind of a spoiler at the time because the anime hasn't covered the twist yet. But people in attendance kinda understood what it was & there was one other person who came out with a similar (non-titanized survey corp member) look. I was with a crowd of 'normal' people with white collar jobs.
I like how the general public is more or less is aware (although probably with very few select ones like AoT). I used to go to cosplay parties. Never wore one though
Oh nice! I used to have a very negative opinion of cosplay gatherings...because of the smells. These days the gatherings tend to smell more hygienic. Came with its increase in popularity.
