Finally! I crafted my first ever legendary beast in #BeastGarden game. It cost me 10,000 BGALPHA (token) and 450 shards (in-game currency). The lowest market price is currently 216 Wax (~$26) but there's no way I'm putting it on sale. Very useful to earn me more BGALPHA.

How do you feel about the BGFOCUS change?
Tbh I haven't given much thought to it. I think it makes BGALPHA a bit circular token which is risky IMO. but since it simplifies the game for new players so I think benefits are more.
How do we get BGFOCUS though? It seems they changed their mind about it for some reason, but idk if it hurts anyone to have it available as a claim. BGWATER next? I hope not... Don't really understand the reasons behind the BGFOCUS move, peeked at the ds but didn't gather much from it.
This is what Shrimp stated as reasons for removing FOCUS: "- We would like to focus on :bgalpha: BGALPHA as the main currency, and we believe that having less tokens in the game is better and easier to explain. - Players with just a few common beasts currently need to wait quiet a bit until they have enough :bgfocus: BGFOCUS to play a battle that is not the FREE BATTLE. If battles cost :bgalpha: BGALPHA instead, players will have more than enough to get more enemies after just one win. This allows smaller players to play more. - New Players instantly see the value of :bgalpha: BGALPHA if its also used to get new enemies." We don't gather FOCUS anymore. Only the leftovers from the market maybe. I think WATER token should never be removed. It'd break the whole economy. I don't think they'll remove it. 2 tokens are OK IMO
OK, tried it out ... problem for me though is I need more creatures to keep battling ! I'll get used to this. Shame the contract for bgfocus is up though if it is abandoned now.
Yeah beasts are still at the heart of the game. I currently have Maybe 10+ available beasts, but can't use them because I don't like to go to battle without the full team bonus (+75%)
