Yes. This particular guy found a loophole. He creates a new community, directs to his Twitter account, then removes the community and creates a new one to repeat
on my observation in cash rain there are still limited legit users that willing to give to other by doing the cashrain even th ecashbox, and most of the big cashrain right now are not legit and fake accounts, since the apps was still new and there are more updtes to comes in order to stop that kind of fake user
Not Only this one , lot of people doing scams and fake Cashrain to get followers. The amount should be deduct from Cashrain owner before posting
