Just went to old noise cash and saw this disappointment (screenshot). I have so much to say, but also don't wanna say anything. Because It's just super clear. But guess I'll say this: Sometimes ignoring is the best 'answer'.

Ah BCH community... I like BCH but do not see how it fixes problems other cryptos can't fix. Also, we have seen with the SmartBCH how some features had to be implemented using ETH EVM and not native to the chain. And this is not going well. Sadly no BCH Maxis has any answers to these problems. In the end, I do not believe it will go anywhere without some significant changes to whichever developer can't agree. I always convert my BCH as soon as possible since it is going downward with little hope of bouncing. What I like the most about BCH is the people I have met on the platforms.
I wouldn't blame this lunatic's behavior on all BCH community. Like you said, there're many nice people. When it comes to technical value, I haven't done any research on it, nor have I listened to debates about it. But, doesn't it handle small TXs at much lower price? About personal approach, I have about 1 BCH that I accumulated over time (thanks to cash sites). I think selling at this point will cause regrets in few years. Tbh, I'm expecting a lower high in the next bull run than in 2021. But still few times from current level would be lovely
Things are I have seen several lunatics like this in the BCH community. Too many for me. And I am not saying that it is crashing abruptly soon as it still will follow the market if other cryptos or should I say BTC pump. But the real value is declining with time for a while already. Not many chains have had the drama caused by BTC/BCH BCH/BCHSV and lately BCHA/BCHN. I can still see more in the future. As for Tx and transactions, there are other chains that are faster and cheaper. Also from lower usage of the chain comes lower costs. I would like to see the cost if the chain was way more popular with much more transaction output. And this also leads to a problem we all have seen with many small transactions. People have to juggle around for that very problem.
Tbh even when I wrote that I knew BCH's low fees are thanks to low usage. But I think it'd still be better than BTC even if it scaled up. But then again, I'm not sure about decentralization level of BCH Agreed that as of now indicators suggest not a bright future ahead. Unless BCH comes up with something revolutionary, it'd probably lose traction even more with cyclical fluctuations. Overall, with my experience in the last two years, I've enjoyed using and being part of BCH.

I can’t help myself but call out their misleading statements, misinformation, etc. Happy to debate or be proved wrong. But they either go silent or go straight on the attack. Get accused of being a BTC maxi, brainwashed by the BTC maxis, bag HODLer or get blocked so that they can deprive oxygen. BCH is a lost cause unless the narrative changes from the “Better Bitcoin” but that requires a major shift for the BCH OG’s, maxis and extremists. At least noise.app does not practice the “censorship” that noise.cash had at the early days. We have soft spot for BCH but we don’t invest based on our emotions. Any BCH earned gets swapped to investment grade crypto. Happy to change should there be any signs that BCH makes the transition.
