It's easy to tell someone off for being cautious to buy risky assets during bear market where bottom could be far away. Usually these people had already made their moves when the market started tanking. I, personally, bought my last meaningful stash at 25k. Since then I'm only doing small trades until there's a clearer confirmation to either side
