"Sugar is bad..." Has this statement already started to sound like a broken record? I hope it's not. Because our body can take up to 7 teaspoons of sugar daily. Whereas it's estimated people take 20 teaspoons on average daily in UK. Everything is out there about the harms of sugar and processed food. Except for food manufacturing companies that change their labeling, naming etc. to cover them up. (for example take this healthy sounding product: "Flavored Fruit Water". It actually contains 8 teaspoons of sugar in it. How much sugar are you having daily ( 1 teaspoon = 4 grams )?
