I just deleted 300 tweets from my Twitter by using this tool: tweetdelete.net The main motivation was the cashrain fake accounts that abused it. But I needed a cleanup anyway :) P.S. if you intend to use the tool make sure you're aware what permissions you give to it. Although you can revoke them right after too
