There's so much happened in #Splinterlands to me in the last 2 days that I want to share, ask and discuss that I could could make 3-4 posts, but will try to fit all into this one: So yesterday after completing the DQ I decided to follow @achim03's advice to promote to the next league and claim 2 more chests. Did that by getting into Silver 3. Silver 3 was almost a whole new fresh breath for me. I was very bored of the same type of matches in Bronze (standard rules and almost same composition on any game depending on mana cost). Probably because majority are bots there. Anyway, To climb to Silver, I decided to rent some LEGENDARY cards. I saw Lensmaster level 4 has awesome stats and rented it for 54 DEC (which is pretty expensive for lower league players). When I saw I can't use it with low level summoners, I spent another 49 DEC to rent a high level Summoner. Then I saw I can't use that either because my league is too low :D I opened the chests today to get some nice loot: 350 DEC and cards worth $3 And finally my question is this. I've made it to the Silver 2 now. But severely lacking POWER to get added there. Currently have 16k+ with all the rentals. Need 24k. Do you suggest I rent more and open the new DQ chests or just open now at Silver 3?

I would not try to move up as fast as possible. It's maybe a good idea to buy some cheap gold foil of reward series to get some points.
Thanks a lot! That's actually what I did few days back. Spent around 4k DEC to buy the highest rate SPS per $ gold foils. 3 cards.

Nice rewards! I would say be patient and save up for Chaos Legion which should offer a way more affordable entry into the game building collection power and not having to rely overly on the renting market. The issue with renting now also is that prices skyrocket near the end of the season.
