This is the first time I tasted goose meat. The taste was unique to anything I've had before. Most interesting part was some different parts of meat tasted different. The larger parts even slightly reminded the taste of liver, while legs were completely different. Have you had it before?

Taste same as duck. Tasted once on my travels. Didn't rally like it. Turkey for me anytime.
Bred or wild one?
It's bred, but almost entirely on its own. My aunt gifted it, it's one of her own that she keeps on her large yard
