Every day, especially on weekends, I find time to enjoy my garden under an old walnut tree. There is a breeze and shade from the wood and at noon when it is hot. I was in town to buy a vacuum cleaner and along the way I bought a refreshing, non-alcoholic drink-BOZA. Since the Turks ruled the Balkans for 500 years, a lot of customs, Turkism in speech and of course Turkish cuisine remained. Boza has a slightly sour taste and goes well with sweets with sugar syrup. In my case, they are wafers hehe. I like to try everyone's cuisine and recipes, but I still prefer the traditional dishes that my mother prepared for us. And you? Do you prefer modern food? or traditional? And let's be clear. I have nothing against Turkish citizens. I simply haven't known these people for centuries.❤

I love modern food, so I like to try everything new, but I go back to traditional food, because there is nothing more beautiful than the food that our grandmothers and mothers prepared and passed on to us.
It is this traditional cuisine that is passed down from generation to generation.
