Oggi niente immagini della cena o di cibo, oggi chiudo la giornata con un post diverso dal solito.
Siamo entrati in un periodo speciale dell'anno, quel periodo in cui tutti diventano più buoni ( per poi tornare i soliti pezzi di merda di sempre ), ovvero quello in cui iniziamo a pensare al prossimo anno e io lo faccio pensando ai calendari.

We have entered a special period of the year, that period in which everyone becomes better (and then the usual pieces of shit return), that is the one in which we start thinking about next year and I do it thinking about calendars.

Good Start of the Week to all!
Today, fate decided that it was better for me to start the week off by having me wake up at 12 noon.
Yes, I went to bed, I put my person on the bed and boom ... I slept like a log.
Outside was the merry bunch of furry dogs waiting for me ..
As soon as "Grigina" saw me she immediately started to lick her mustache the little girl instead looked at me with two little eyes that I know the end of the world!
They are something spectacular hahah

Che fate di bello?
Ho appena messo sul pc alcune foto che ho scattato oggi di alcuni gatti del mio vicinato.
Il quartetto della prima foto è composto da "Nonna gatta" (che forse è incinta, sarà nonna ma ancora ci dà dentro... è una tosta), Grigina che ho scoperto da poco essere mamma (lo ha tenuto ben segreto, credo che la piccola o piccolo abbia più di tre mesi visto che mangia da sola) poi c'è la piccolina/o (bianca e nera, non so come chiamarla per ora ghgh) e poi c'è Kelly.
L'ho vista da quando era piccolina, tenuta in braccio coccolata, fatta entrare anche in casa ed è l'unica che fa la "str#nz@" soffiando e avendo un atteggiamento aggressivo... con me che sono l'unico che gli da da mangiare.

Cosa possiamo capire ed apprendere da questo?
Che sia gli umani sia gli animali, spesso invece di essere grati del fatto che vengono aiutati si dimostrano aggressivi e offensivi con chi si rivolge a loro in modo amorevole...
E quindi cosa dire...

Nella seconda foto invece c'è il gatto anziano del quartiere, Bello Sguardo (per via dello strabismo di cui soffre), non è cattivo ma è molto aggressivo con gli altri gatti maschi non solo per via delle gatte ma anche per il cibo, lui è un' altro gatto m'hanno vandalizzato la veranda -.-
Bene la storiella dei gatti del quartiere per oggi finisce cosi, magari nei prossimi giorni eventuali sviluppi.

I just put on my pc some photos I took today of some cats in my neighborhood.
The quartet in the first photo is made up of "Nonna gatta" (who may be pregnant, she may be a grandmother but still gives it up ... she's a tough guy), Grigina who I recently discovered was a mother (she kept it a very secret, I think the little one has more than three months since she eats alone) then there is the little one (black and white, I don't know what to call her for now ghgh) and then there is Kelly.
I've seen her since she was little, held cuddled in her arms, even let into the house and she is the only one who is a "bitch" blowing and having an aggressive attitude ... with me being the only one who gives her to eat.

What can we understand and learn from this?
Whether humans or animals alike, often instead of being grateful for being helped they are aggressive and offensive to those who approach them in a loving way ...
So what to say ...

In the second photo instead there is the elderly cat of the neighborhood, Bello Sguardo / Nice Sight (due to the squint he suffers from), he is not bad but he is very aggressive with other male cats not only because of the cats but also for the food, he it's another cat they vandalized my veranda -.-
Well the story of the cats of the neighborhood ends like this for today, maybe in the next few days any developments.

Oggi ho deciso di fare una pazzia "culinaria" ho miscelato due piatti per crearne uno solo.
Ho unito la pasta e ricotta con alcuni elementi della carbonara ovvero la pancetta.
Ho soffritto della pancetta (non avevo il guanciale), con un po' d' acqua di cottura della pasta ho creato una crema con la ricotta e alla fine ho unito tutto.
Come tocco finale un pochino di pepe nero macinato fresco fresco ahahah

Today I decided to do a "culinary" madness I mixed two dishes to create only one.
I combined the pasta and ricotta with some elements of the carbonara or the pancetta.
I sautéed some bacon (I didn't have the bacon), with a little water from the cooking of the pasta I created a cream with the ricotta and at the end I combined everything.
As a final touch a little bit of freshly ground black pepper hahaha

Oggi in "mega" ritardo rispetto ai soliti orari.
Giornata lenta ma piena di cose che ho dovuto fare senza sapere che le avrei dovute fare.
I gatti randagi che gironzolano nelle vicinanze hanno vandalizzato alcune piante e le ho dovute rimettere in sesto.
Una sta per fare i fiori, spero che non si sia "danneggiata" e che li faccia... so curioso di sapere come sono eheheh
Ma tralasciando questo, oggi ho deciso per un pranzo veloce e buono: Pasta al tonno e limone.
L'ho fatta anche settimana scorsa ma questa volta ho usato la pasta corta.

Quest'oggi avevo voglia di qualcosa che non facevo da molto.
Ho deciso di farmi delle patate al forno aromatizzate alla paprika piccante e pepe nero che fanno da contorno a due cotolette di pollo e spinaci.
Le patate sono state cotte al forno per 40 minuti con un poco, ma pochissimo, olio di oliva.
Semplicemente fantastica come cena!

I decided to make myself some baked potatoes flavored with spicy paprika and black pepper that serve as a side dish for two chicken and spinach cutlets.
The potatoes were baked in the oven for 40 minutes with a little, but very little, olive oil.
Simply fantastic as a dinner!
