Random upvoter is not tipping like before

Hello read cash i noticed that recently random up voter is not tipping like it used to this started this December 2020.

It normally tips whenever ever i comment on other peoples articles and upload new articles and stay active for a long time but it just stopped tipping even my affiliate has been staying active in the platform and she is uploading articles but she has not been up voted by random up voter yet i have had to up vote her myself so that she will not be discouraged to stay active in the platform, because i don't want to her to hold me against the words i used to convince her to join.

So please read cash fix this issue for the the new comers so that they won't be discouraged to continue on the platform.
