For those who have an issues on their maya account here is the list of the requirements that you may fill while talking on an agent. Like me my account was tagged as duplicate coz I have an account before but my phone i lost it and also my number was in there so I created an account again. So my problem is my IDs that I'm using is not accepting so I had to wait for my national ID just to recover my account. All you have to do is open your maya account go to chat with live and raise your concern they will give you message like this you need to fill up all of it after that you have 48 hours to upgrade your account if you cant comply for within 48 hours you need to raise your concern again. Take note just be honest on the WORK OF NATURE. THEY MIGHT DECLINED YOUR APPLICATION SO BE CAREFUL.
