That is absolutely fake - or the spine is from a model skeleton - just to make the image ... vertebrae doesn't hold up like this - they are individual bones (vertebra).

I think the dog you shared now is very strong.Because what stands in the mouth is what stands in the mouth, not all dogs can stand.
