Dear self, The real life activities must always be my priority, and then social media and entertainment during the hours i am no longer busy. But the opposite happens where the entertainment is being the priority and the real life duties become the things we face when we're tired of entertainment. Things shouldn't be like that, it won't help you grow because you're always on a pause. You should keep on working and improving yourself if you want to get out of that bad state.
