Look at this cat who is sleeping under our neighbor's car. I haven't touched this cat before but it seems like it's not am issue since it's not running away from me. Does the cat sense I'm it gonna cause it harm? I didn't bother crouching down to pet it, because I might disturb its resting hehehe.
