I have been watching Masterchef for the past few days. Now I'll try to be a critique. 😁 This is a mongo bean. The beans are cooked just right, the meat is soft and tender. It has that tangy flavor of ginger, a bit spicy but not too hot. Overall it's a fantastic dish. 👍👌 What do you think? Will I pass as a judge? 👩‍⚖️ #Foodporn
