What makes us astounding as people is our capacity to shape networks and gatherings. Our endurance and our advancement has relied upon cooperating. But, things being what they are, the vast majority appear to miss the association among progress and progress in a business domain and the manner in which we normally structure gatherings and networks.
Think of it along these lines - we readily penance time, vitality, cash and different assets to join gatherings, clubs, ideological groups and relationship outside of work. It's normal. We search out other people who share regular qualities, convictions and interests and we decide to invest our free energy with them. We discover satisfaction in it. We appreciate it. This is the manner by which people naturally work.

At any rate they're not high up on the rundown.
I'm not recommending that we needn't bother with cash or that bringing in cash (even a great deal of it) is a terrible thing - a long way from it. Nonetheless, it's the manner in which we see the check. It's an aftereffect of the work we do, not motivation to do it.
A people group, a club, a gathering and an affiliation are essentially gatherings of individuals who share normal qualities and convictions. Is there any valid justification an organization shouldn't follow a similar example? All things considered, organizations are simply gatherings of individuals as well.
