A construction company I consult, design and build structures. One day A father, mother, and son working together came to work for me in a place where they are doing their job separately. The father speaks broken English. The mother speaks broken English. The son speaks broken English. This lead to delay a bit as the father has to use broken English to communicate with the mother and son before they know what to do The work was hard and it took all three of them to complete their job. Constant communication was needed for them to get it done and done right. At the end of the job they receive their pay, but not without misunderstanding.
