Noise.cash I only suggesting this, I don't know if there could be a way by which we have and options of translating under each post. I saw some post with a picture but the content is not written in a language I understand.

Just copy and paste the text into Google Translate and that should be able to at least let you get the gist of what is being said, and then you can just respond in your native tongue and the other person can do the same.
