As human beings, we tend to forget more than what we learn, so, in an attempt to get a hold to all the information we're presented to from day to day, we've searched for alternatives such as gathering this data in a physical form, whether in the form of written word or, more recently, voice recording or video. In this particular case, we'll talk about the first, and the eldest of them all, Journaling.

What is Journaling?

Journaling is the practice of translating own thoughts and experiences into a written form, saving all this in a physical register, such as a notebook, phone or any device that can gather this.
