Looks like it's all out of pocket and no rewards pool.
I added my BCH wallet too. I like this better than having to add an app for that on my phone and keep track of a phrase.
My only guess is that there is an algorithm that chooses users according to specific criteria. I ve seen smaller and bigger tips received. I have not figured out how to tip someone tbh :)
I think it's all manually. I'll load up some BCH and try tipping and see how it goes :)
