It's very stright forward. You interact with people and from time to time you get free tips. You can spend these tips on other people and you will get 20% or more yourself. Better is to keep a small percentage and like that you will get more free tips. To increase the followership, it's a good idea to look at comments below posts of people you know and you just subscribe. Like that they come in your feed and you can interact.

    Yes it's really all you need. Only thing that could be better is search function to find users.
