The best tip I got today is that you go to people's posts and like them. You on the other side check your posts who liked them and follow them. I followed this tip today and it worked. Seems like the quickest and easiest way to get more followers.

The best way to find new people here is to check the likes on posts from other people. Then follow the people that did like the posts and when they in turn post something, like their post as well. Hoping that they will notice it and follow you back. @bitcoinflood isn’t getting out yet I think, as he got likes but no comments under his posts.
Or in short, like as much as you can and follow as much as you can. When others do the same the ball gets rolling.
