Water comes to the tongue when you hear about roasting dry rice with white rice. You can cook fun dried roast to get rid of the monotony of taste. Find out the recipe.
Materials:
# Laita dried fruit - 200 gms
# Onion crumbs - 4 cups
# Garlic - One and a half cup (crushed)
# Tomato paste - 1 cup
# Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
# Red pepper powder- to taste
# Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
# Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
# Salt- to taste
# Oil - 1 cup
Preparation method:
A. Soak dried fish in hot water for 30 minutes. Then wash and clean the fish well and cut it into three to four pieces Rinse well in hot water again and crush the fish a little. Separate the fish by removing the thick thorns.
B. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry with chopped onion and a little salt. Fry for a while and add tomato paste, garlic paste and red chilli powder. When the oil comes out, keep stirring with a little water and salt.
C. Now remove the dried fish with other spices except chilli and garlic powder. When the spice is dry, add a little water so that it does not stick to the bottom. Shake well for a while, shake well with garlic and cover the pan with a little water. When it boils, open the lid after five-seven minutes and reduce the heat. Turn off the oven and cover for five minutes. Serve with hot rice Roasted loita shuntaki.
