Proverbs and thought (Popular wisdom) "The wise man lets one enemy destroy another enemy, as one thorn pulls out another thorn." Proverb of Siam In the first instance, it seems that the saying lays out an excellent strategy for a wise person to get rid of enemies. I wonder, why would a wise person have enemies? Even the kindest person can have hundreds of gratuitous enemies. The roots of enmity are deep and intertwined that are nestled in the human soul. In such a sense, the wise man may have many enemies, but he is no one's enemy. So, in my opinion, the sagacious person is able to identify the intentions behind the actions of others, in such a way, as to avoid them without having to destroy people. They only disarm malicious strategies. The wise man builds and destroys only when necessary. #proverbs #thought #wisdom #mindset Good morning to all from South America.
