A little baby was playing with uncooked rice, pouring it on floor in the kitchen. The mother was in the other side peeling yam with a sharp knife. She called on to the baby to stop playing with the uncooked rice. With the hand holding the knife she waved to the baby,as a means to drive her out from there. Immediately, the knife slipped from her hand and went directly to the baby's chest and the baby died on the spot 💔💔😭😭 Who is to blame? 1. The mother 2. The child 3. The hardship in the country. 4. Devil? Etc....

Holy crap, that is awful. I would call it a terrible tragedy that is not really anyone's fault, but an unfortunate accident.
