10:45 am 🌤️ 📖🔖 I just notice in our municipality has no proper sewage yet. The population in our place is ballooning. Our mayor is over 20 years in the service, still very small progress. Solar panel was around the corner 5 years ago and this year was the year they just thought of having solar powered street lights. Actually the mayor and vice mayor are husband and wife. No one dares to go against them because they are powerful. It's always the case in the Philippines. #thoughts #philippines 🇵🇭
