1:15 pm 🍲 🍗 Fried chicken for lunch. The secret for a crispy chicken is starch. Hehe. We use a seasoned mix to flour and add a bit of stratch. 😊 We put it deep fried into a hot oil until it is golden brown. For the deep, i use mang tomas, a popular gravy brand in the Philippines. And then add a bit of hot sauce. Let's eat!
