WHY WE NEED SMART CONTRACT IN ALL LIFE ASPECT The Federal Reserve is missing 2/3 of the $100 bills they printed. They counted up all of the $100 bills there are in banks, cash registers, etc. and found that close to 2/3 of the $100 bills are unaccounted for. In other words, they are most likely overseas.
