When do you think people claim to be the happiest in their lives? As a child? 20s? 30s? Surprisingly, the older that we get, the happier that we generally feel. Perhaps there is a sense of calm and understanding the closer that we get to the end of our time on earth. The understanding that we will soon join God in heaven, who has not forgotten us no matter our age. He will carry us when we need him, sustaining us on the path to heaven.
