Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Psalms 100:2 Worship should never be a chore. We are to serve the Lord with "gladness," not as if we were being made to do it. God does not want our reluctant sacrifice of worship. He wants us to come cheerfully, with a song in our heart. Our worship should come from a place of gratitude and love for all He has done in done and, most of all, for who He is. When we really begin to think about how good God is and how He loves us so much, how can we not have a glad heart? Father, I come before You with a heart full of gladness. I take joy in the life You have given me and I am honored and excited to worship You. You have been so good to me. You are so good. Thank You for loving me. Amen.
