Good day guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you're having a great day. I also hope you've been having a great week.

Let's quickly do a review of yesterday's article before moving to today's article.

I wrote about how you should not allow the fear of criticism hold you back from achieving the success you should achieve.

Anytime you attempt or even do something that can be considered as a little out of the normal that everyone is used to, it is certain that you will get criticisms from people. That is one of the facts in life you have to embrace. From when you were a kid, you can recount at least one person that would criticize you for something you did every time. It really didn't matter whether it was bad or good, one certain thing was that criticisms would come.

In our world today, where everyone has a voice through platforms such as social media, it is easy to see criticism from different people at the sane time. With this, many people are using it to dish out criticisms on every aspects of people's lives. Some of us have had our own share of these criticisms and we've accepted that they would surely come, while others have decided to personalize it.

I've believe that criticism is not in every way a bad thing, how you react to it determines whether it had a one on you or not.

There should be a balmce, there are some people that criticize you out of jealousy or their meanness for the sake of being mean. Also there are people who give constructive criticism in a way that can help you improve yourself, business or move forward.

I've heard this phrase time and time again about critics which is, "don't listen to them." However, if what you're looking for is for that you do not want anyone to criticize you, you won't achieve anything. You'll remain stagnant. The truth is that for everything meaningful or impactful you do, there will be criticisms from people. If you because of criticism, choose not to do something meaningful and impactful, then you will realize when you're old that you've cheated yourself. Because you've denied yourself the opportunity to something achieving that is life changing because of people.

Also, know that the best way to take criticism is the constructive ways instead of just criticizing right back in a bid to defend yourself.

Today, I'll be written on avoiding rifts.

Forgiveness is a virtue that allows people to succeed in life. It is a process of elimination that allows a person to reach their desired goal. The word forgiveness means giving up resentments, bitterness and anger towards another person or group that has caused you pain. Forgiveness is an act of will, making the decision to move forward, and enjoy your life instead of concentrating on the things that hurt you in the past. In some cases, forgiveness is an expression of love toward one's offender.

I'm writing this article on how to avoid rifts because sometimes hard feelings can hold you back and make it hard to move on. I've been many places where people have not forgiven someone and they have held them back.

The first thing to do when you want to forgive someone is that you need to know why it was wrong in the first place. You will get a lot of ideas from others who may share your same point of view.

Rifts keep you separated from people who have been good to you. If you have some beef with someone, it could be the cause of a very big trouble that you can't handle. Rifts are caused by more than one reason, which leads to more than one effect. To avoid rifts, you'll need to forgive. Forgiving would make your relationship with the other persons better and would make you enjoy being around that person. That person is worth it, especially if that person is your best friend.

When it comes to rifts, you should work them out as soon as possible to avoid any quarrels that may arise later on. Resentment grows into bitterness and finally into a rift that is full of animosity and malice. Resentment isn't a solution for any problem. When resentment has developed for a long period, it becomes the basis for malice, which is the source of "you" and "me".

Forgiveness may not be easy but it's necessary both for the offender and the offended

I totally agree with you, keeping rifts would do no good. It only slows down an individual for success because the inability to forgive weighs the spirit down
