Nutrition

Nutrition is a very broad topic. It covers a lot but let us just discuss some. Nutrition is very needed and is essential to our health. Food is the basic source of nutrition, so, make sure to have a balance diet. My grade school reminds about the food pyramid that our body needs some carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals and some fats.

Go, grow and glow foods will also one of the best guide for us. Go foods will give us energy like rice, bread and root crops. Grow food is also needed like meat, fish, beans and other foods rich in protein. Glow foods is available in fruits and vegetables.

Exercise

Exercise is also needed. We need to have an exercise daily to make our body function well. Do you know that brisk walking and gardening is one of the best exercise? If not yet, now you know. Give time to walk each day and cultivate your own garden. You can have some exercise and the same time you will be harvesting your own fruits and vegetables in due time.

Water

Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses a day. I know some of us can hardly reach this goal but I know you can do it. Try to provide a 2 liter water bottle and make your self a reminder to drink atleast every hour. You will be amazed that at the end of the day you can consume it.

The need of water will also depend on our activities. If you sweat a lot and you are expose to heat, you need to drink more.

Sunlight

Yes, sunlight is needed too. We can get enough vitamin D from sunlight. Expose yourself especially your back to sunlight early in the morning not at noon time.

Temperance

Temperance in all things is needed. It was said that "lahat ng subra ay hindi maganda". So, learn to control yourselves.

Air

Air is so essential because without it we will die. We needed fresh and clean air to breath. Trees will give us oxygen so let us plant and take good care of our trees. Fresh air will help us to relax.

Rest

Our body needs rest and we don't have to work 24/7.

Sleeping is one way to rest. Sleep atleast 8 hours. It's a challenge to all of us.

In one week there is one day given for us to have some rest and we will be able to restore energy to be used in the following week.

Give yourself a rest, he really needs it. If you are tired, don't quit, just take some rest.

Trust God

Lastly, trust God. He is our Creator and our Saviour. He knows everything about us. He knows our future.

Don't forget to pray and ask God's help and guidance. Remember, that with God nothing will be impossible, just trust Him.

naging focus ako sa work and to earn money kasi sis kaya wala na akong time mg exercise. yung weight ko ngayon super layo ng weight ko dati.

Yung excercise talaga hindi ko kayang gawin everyday😢kaya eto ang laki ko na ,jusko gusto ko ng bumalik sa dati yung katawan ko. Agree ako lahat sa sinabi mo dito sis ,anyway good morning sayo .
