Is your Philippine National ID already out? Well, it's predictable that majority of us haven't received it yet. Anyway, I saw this tweet from Philippine Star and it's saying na may printable document that serves as valid docu while waiting for the ID. Kakaloka, ang laki ng budget nito ah? Almost 3 billion pesos. Why can't they just deploy ID printing machines on the registration centers para tapos na agad? Inefficient talaga. And may nabasa pa ako na di valid at di tinatanggap sa mga banks ang Nat'l ID kase walang signature. Lokohan lang? 😬 Tapos di pa ma verify ang tracking number. Haaaay.
