Can I just say how scary rains have become these days? They're stronger than ever and the winds, it gives me anxiety :(

Agree, last time it rained, grabe ung kidlat at kulog tapos after an hour sobrang init. Grabe na weather lately di mo na mawari.

I can't say it changed. I remember the rain and wind in my childhood (50 years ago), how the wind lifted the roof of our and the neighbou's house + garage and dumped it in our harden. A few years later it was the same. Thirty, twenty amd ten years ago same story plus gigantic trees fell (did not hit our house but fell into the neighbour's. What does happen is that we easily forget.
Actually, I remembered my aunt told me before na sa mindanao daw bihira daw tlg umulan or bagyuhin. Palaging Bicol region yung binabagyo. Pero sa mga nkaraang taon, parang palagi may balita about baha or landslide sa south. 😔😔
