The nurse finished treating Amira and left instructing Dennis to take care of her.
'Hey, why did u carry me? did I ever ask for your help? 'Amira yelled at Dennis after the nurse left. Dennis smiled and looked at her.
'wow it feels so nice seeing you shy,' Dennis mocked. Amira got angry and hit him weakly as she was still in pain, Dennis laughed at her.
'did you just laugh? 'Amira asked in surprise but Dennis did not reply. Throughout the jogging, Michael was not at rest. He kept thinking of Amira and how she will be coping with Dennis. immediately they finished jogging, Michael walked to the clinic to see Amira, as he opened the door he saw Dennis sitting far from Amira. He looked at him and went to Amira, Dennis had no choice but to excuse them.
'how ar u feeling?' Michael asked Amira and Amira replied that she was better.
'but you and Dennis are never friends, why did u allow him carry you like dat? 'Michael asked filled with jealousy.
'I dont know, he just carried me unexpectedly.'Amira replied.
'that boy is something else.' Michael said and left telling Amira he would b back. He went to the hall and searched for Dennis but couldn't find him then he went outside and saw Dennis standing alone with his earphone in his ear.
'Hey, wat was the meaning of that? Why did you carry Amira like that in front of everyone? Don't you know people will gossip?' Michael yelled at Dennis angrily. Dennis looked at him and removed his earpiece.
'I didn't here you well, come again,' he said. Michael became angrier but couldn't do anything, he looked at Dennis in the eyes.
'you truly are proud but I dont care. Hear me or not, you better dont cause Amira any inconvenience.' Michael said about to walk away but Dennis stopped him with his words.
'You really are funny too. Do you expect me to watch her in pain there wen even you claiming to be her friend couldn't do anything to help her. I dont care wat people say, I'm only playing my role as a good friend and not some hypocrite like u who acts nice in front of her but foolish behind.

Dennis touched her keg slightly, are you alright? 'he asked so concerned and Amira nodded pretending she was fine. She managed to stand up but the pain increased that she couldn't stand properly and almost fell back but luckily, Dennis quickly grabbed her.
'who did dis? can't u see?' Michael who stood beside Amira yelled at the boy that caused the accident angrily. This time Julia's jealousy grew more she looked at how Amira from behind angrily.
"is she the only girl? see how the two most handsome boys are worried about her." Julia said to herself full of jealousy.
The captains saw it was getting serious and had to intervene. "Miss Amira,u aren't okay, mare looking at you, we know this injury is serious and you need someone to help you to the clinic for better attention." The captain said but Amira disagreed stubbornly. She wanted to prove she was okay and needs no help while she was dying in pain.
"Get on." Dennis said bending down in front of Amira as if he wants to back her. Amira looked at him in surprised and disagreed. 'watz wrong with her? if I'm the one been offered Dennis's back, I won't be told twice before getting on it, oh I'm jealous.' A student said in jealousy. Many of the girls were already murmuring about Amira, they were so jealous that they wished they were Amira. Dennis could no longer wait, he stood up and carried Amira like a groom carrying his bride straight to the clinic not minding wat the people were saying. The students looked at them in great surprise even Julia and Amira herself. She felt ashamed and hid her face whispering to Dennis to put her down but Dennis ignored her. Julia felt like melting, she sighed breathlessly as she watched them. Michael too was disturbed, it should have been him, he thought, he never wanted Dennis to be with Amira but had no choice. The Captain left the two and asked the others to continue with their jogging.
In the clinic, the nurse quickly attended to Amira and treated her until she was okay while Dennis watched.

"I wouldn't steal," our hero pleads
The chief agrees and on he leads.
He takes Rabbid out through a door
"Come this way and I'll show you more."
In a room the elves are busy
He finds out why they are in a tizzy.
The sparklers are to light the trail,
To find their home, they must not fail.
The Chielf Elf believes Rabbid's tale but a sudden thought makes Rabbid wail.
Podgy was stealing from the wood
Surely he was up to no good.
About a chum you cannot tell
To the Chief Elf he shall not yell.
Instead he comes up with a plan: Return the sparklers by noon he can.
The angry elf makes plain his threat to take revenge and make them fret.
A heavy dew will soak each log,
No firework will be seen for fog.
Back to the common Rabbid is led
The elf's instructions in his head.
Bring the sparklers back here by noon then on this whistle blow a tune.
The sparklers were in Parley's sack, Rabbid thinks as he hurries back.
To Parley's house he makes his way wondering what his friend will say.
On the doorstep he asks outright if Parley will return the light.
"No," says Parley, full of bluster,

When Parley's mother says he's not there Rabbid feels a growing despair.

'Mr.spoilt brat, I know u ar shy but dont worry.wst am I your slave for?'Amira said laughing at Dennis.She ddn round up her clean in a hurry just to help Dennis with his own.She mopped out all d waters and made sure d room was dry.Dennis did not even watch her to see wat she was doing.

Bonfire in Nutwood (Prt 1) - A Poem
It's bonfire time and things look good for the villagers of Nutwood.
But one last item must be found so Rabbid and pals search around.
They comb the the wood for leaves and twigs with sacks to gather all the sprigs.
The pals bring all that they can hold save parley pig who alone walks bold.
Next day where the pals agree to meet Rabbid sees Parley who fails to greet.
Why does he sneak off on his own through the undergrowth all alone?
He rushes off in some great hurry so after him does Rabbid scurry.
Rabbid follows the path so brightly and spots an object shining so brightly.
Startled he bends and points a finger and for a moment dares to linger.
What is down in the bushes through the undergrowth Rabbid pushes.
It's like someone has laid a trail in the darkness his nerves don't fail.
He falls into some kind of pit but how will he climb out of it?
A bright light dazzles and then a voice "Who's that," he cries, he has no choice.

The adventure of Rabbid and uncle Jack (Prt. 2) - A Poem
Above the island a Griffin stands.
Rabbid cries out as he spies land.
It is the isle they are looking for, no sign of any soul on the shore.
But from the cockpit Rabbid peeks, is that a vessel in the creek?
Now Mr. Jack cries out with glee, "I think we've found the golden tree."
To their surprise the tree stands tall surrounded by a golden wall.
Nothing about this in the book, they'd better take a closer look.
The vehicle land and the pals alight, but no one seems to be in sight.
It's odd, the apples are so high
To climb up, Rabbid's keen to try.
Just take a look, the pals agree, so Rabbid scampers up the tree.
He sees an apple, reaches out, touches it twice then gives a shout.
The apple's really made of gold
A beak appears, he loses hold
Rabbid falls but to no harm
Both fall down then look up in alarm!
A lion's body but wings of a bird,
It's the creature of which they heard...
The griffin is guardian to the apples golden,
But half of them have now been stolen!
He lay in wait to catch the thieves,
The pals' story he just can't believe
He starts to search inside the plane,
But his search for apples is in vain.
"If we'd flown in, you would have heard," says Mr. Jack, "It is absurd."
"We didn't know they were real gold!"
But the griffin just won't be told.
The griffin has not seen the boat,
Although on the sea it was afloat.
Rabbid says, "We could show it to you, if over the island we all flew"
To their plan, the griffin does agree, "But," he says, "Rabbid flies with me."
"Stay well clear," orders Mr. Jack,
"Don't you worry!" griffin shouts back.
The path they came on they retrace.
Can Rabbid find again that place?
Worriedly Rabbid scans the coast,
It's proof the griffin needs the most.
At last he thinks he sees the creek.
Griffin swoops low to take a peek
The creek is empty, such anxiety,
The real villains have put their boat to sea.
A launch is speeding far, far away
To catch them now could save the day!
The fleeing launch is very fast,
Griffin's too slow they see at last.
The aircraft, though, is very fast,
Let Rabbid go, griffin agrees at last.
Mr. Jack must stop the motor for Rabbid to manage to dodge the rotor.
The griffin flies into its place,
Drops Rabbid in the cockpit space.
Follow the boat, hold the vehicle steady,
Rabbid prepares to get everything ready.
He sets the harvesting machine to full strength as they reach the scene
Mr. Jack makes the aircraft drop,
To harvest this important crop.
Just as if the fruit was plucked,
Into the harvester, its all sucked
The two men rush despite their fear, but its too late; they dont get near.
The plane turns, the two men cower,
The boat's engine roars into life,
The thieves race off to escape this strife.
The griffin smiles beyond all measure when he sees the pals' apple treasure!
"Now I must return them to the tree,"
"It only bears fruit once, you see!"
"Do golden apples have a use?"
The griffin has a poor excuse!
The two pals smile; time to get back,
To the griffin they hand the map.
Mr. Jack remembers the way.

'Are u alright?'Dennis asked Amira sitting down beside her.Amira nodded gently and thanked Dennis,Dennis felt so happy and smiled,for d first time Amira thanked him.They sat down quietly and did not say a word.
Im d hall, Michael noticed Amira wasn't inside.He den went to Julia and asked of Amira.
'I dont know her whereabout.'Julia replied.Michael looked around so restless he thought he should check outside,as he was about to go out, Dennis came in.Michael looked at him nd quickly rushed out then he saw Amira.
'wat are u doing here?'he asked Amira.
'nothing.'Amira replied about to go in den Michael saw d bandage on her leg.
'wat happened to your toe, Amira?'he asked so concerned.Amira smiled and went in without answer.
D Camp out went so well and full of fun.d day for room cleanup came, d captain told each of dem to arrange and mop dere room.Dennis thought he was dead, he couldn't even clean bcos his house maid does d cleaning for him.He managed to arrange his room but wen d time for mopping came his senses went out of space.He dipped d mop inside d water and landed it on d floor without squeezing some water out of it. he continued like dat until his room was almost filled with water but he didn't care bcos he thought d water will dry up itself.As he was cleaning,he walked out with buttom and also Amira, mistakenly,d both of dem hit each other with their bottom and jumped in shock.
'can't you see?'Amira yelled at him but he didn't reply.Den Amira noticed he was hiding his face and blocking his room with his body.Amira bent and looked at his face, she saw him sweating seriously.
'oh my... watz wrong with you? 'she asked him and pushed him aside to see his room.she was shocked with d water she saw on d floor.
'so you can't mop. see ur life.'she mocked and laughed at him.Dennis felt embarrassed but couldn't say anything.
'well, im done with mine so I can help u.'she rendered but Dennis with his pride refused, Amira just smiled...

Meanwhile,Julia had been watching dem, she saw aw Michael overtook Dennis to choose Amira,she felt jealous bcos she wasn't d one dey were dragging after but happy at dsame time bcos she was d only girl remaining and Dennis will av no choice but to choose her.
Dennis looked around and saw d pairing was complete but Julia and one other guy were still remaining.Julia was ready to b choosen.
'Excuse me, sir.'Dennis called d attention of d captains.
'd pairing is complete and I av no one to pair with.'Dennis said leaving Amira with surprise,d boy hasn't choosed her yet. Captain James looked around to b sure of wat Dennis said, he saw Julia and d other guy standing separate but assumed they had paired.
'ok den, you will have to pair with me.'captain James said.
'with all pleasure,sir.'Dennis said and paired with captain James.Julia felt disappointed but had no choice.
The training was full of fun but some strict bcos captain Abdul was moving around correcting those who weren't doing well with his horse- whip.The students enjoyed it bcos it was full of easy exercises like wheelbarrow, jumping-jumping,push up and many more.Dennis kept glancing at Amira and Michael.He felt uncomfortable whenever he sees Amira laughing with Michael or whenever Michael holds Amira all in d name of teaching or correcting her on how to do d exercise she is not good at but Dennis d not make captain Abdul notice.
The exercise lasted for four hours though d student were tired but they all enjoyed it.They laughed hilariously as they recalled some of their funny mistakes and how some of their friend reacted wen they are been flogged by captain Abdul but Julia was exempted.She was so deep in thought gazing at Dennis.Amira noticed her and thought she should cheer her up.
'Julia.'Amira called gently but it seems Julia had traveled far.
'juuliaa!'Amira shouted before Julia could hear her.

Dennis requested dat he was going to hit Amira ten times and hard on her head too.its not new to Amira,she bow so Dennis would hit her, Dennis lifted his hand high and smiled but he didn't hit her, he dropped his hand.Amira waited for him to hit her but it seems he is not hitting her. She lifted her head and looked at Dennis in confusion.
'Aren't u hitting me?'she asked Dennis.
You are just a kid, hitting u is like hitting a pillow.'Dennis insulted Amira looking at her.Amira could not say a word. instantly, Dennis stood up and place his hand across Amira's shoulder leaving Amira with great surprise.she quickly put his hand away and shifted.
'wat are u doing?'she asked Dennis. Dennis smiled at her.
'playing with slave.or its it bad?'he asked.
'so strange. it does not suit him at all.'Amira whispered silently to herself,hissed and went away.
Meanwhile,Julia had been watching dem since Amira shouted and couldn't take her eyes off dem. she felt dis pain dat she couldn't understand anytime she sees Dennis and Amira together especially since dey arrived at d calm and Dennis had been acting nice to Amira, it hurts her badly but she had to hide it in.
The students spent there day well with somuch fun and entertainment as d captains told dem some life stories,motivational talks and even jokes,it was so interesting,after dat, dey all took their bath and went to bed. Dennis couldn't sleep,he kept thinking of Amira and Michael too.He isnt happy with d closeness between d two.The next morning, d bell was rang and d students got prepared as usual.They went for jogging and had breakfast as usual then dey went back to d hall for d day's game.
'Today we are having real training and not game.so pair urself in two's,a boy and a girl.Remember we are equal here.'captain James said and d students began to pair.Dennis thought he should quickly choose Amira and sure he went but unfortunately,Michael overtook him.Dennis sighed tiredly, boiling in anger...
