Spirit of survival... I was really down in a deep hole, being run by my chatterbox. One night I said to my self , ' I will either have to kill my self or just do what it takes to live . 'the next day I realized my week point, letting it make a difference. When ever I feel my self slipping away from my Higher self, " I made a determination knowing that the choice is mine " and I am Abel to reconnect with my higher part.
