Pinakbet (also called pakbet or pinak bet) is an indigenous Filipino dish. Pinakbet is made from mixed vegetables steamed in fish or shrimp sauce. It uses bagoong alamang for seasoning . It includes bittermelon (ampalaya). Other vegetables used include eggplant, okra, string beans, squash and others. It is usually spiced with onions and garlic.
This are the vegetables that I used. I put bagoong alamang and pork as seasoning.
