If you don't back up your wallet, then all your BCH will be lost.. Another thing is to put a 2Factor Authenticator like your email address. I don't actually like using my phone number for that, coz once your phone is lost, the new user can easily access your account using the phone number. Unlike using the email address, since they don't know your email address password, they won't be able to get the access code to your wallet. Not unless you turn on the notification and the new email appears on your screen 😅 Or you did not log out of your email.
