The transaction volume in the BCH network decreases when we set a minimum payout.. And because of the bear market, the BCH price decreases as well....if many will purchase BCH, it might recover soon... But we can actually help as well. .. Why not remove the minimum payout for a while to add more transactions to the BCH network?
