If the tipping here is rotational just like on readcash... Can it go to other users naman? I'm seeing users who are getting 0 tips already, they were receiving tips before but suddenly stops... while some are consistently receiving up to $1 per post... The algorithm is not perfect, but I guess it can be checked.. #justsaying

I think what determines this is how often one post. People that post a lot gradually have no heart value on their post. But after sometimes it returns. While those that don't receive at all for days must have broken a rule to have their account tagged as spam
